Return Policy in Case of Damaged Goods

Unfortunately, fragile items are sometimes damaged in shipping.

We ask you to report to Customer Service the receipt of a damaged product within 24 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item and its packaging. Just take a picture of the damaged product and send it to our official WhatsApp number or through E.mail.If you fail to report damages in this time frame, we won’t be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we can’t accept responsibility for the damages.

If you receive a product that has broken glass or a dented shade and reports it within 24 hours, we will provide replacement glass or shade at no additional charge. If you wish to return a product that was received with broken glass or a dented shade, the standard return policy will apply.

In case if you want a refund when we receive the item we will refund you through JazzCash and Meezan Bank account.

Royal Homes Refund Policy:

In case you want to return an item and want a refund due to any of the conditions mentioned below. You just have to inform our customer care then you will receive a label from our customer care and you have to take the printout of the label and attach it to the parcel. Typically the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. When we receive the item in the condition we have sent, we will properly refund you through Jazz cash or Meezan Bank Account.

Royalhomes replacement policy is valid for the following situations/circumstances:

  • In case you have received the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

However, to complete the replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Undamaged, unused, and in the condition in which it was received(fragile items are not included)
  • The Parcel should be returned back to our warehouse address within 7 days of item received
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories that came in or attached to the product when ordered.
  • None of the items mentioned above, including the product itself, is defaced or marked in any way, shape, or form.
  • 10% charges will be deducted for the courier charges rest amount will be credited in customer’s account after receiving item
